Our Story

Villa Nove Farm & Vineyard: Tuscany meets Tennessee

Purchased by the Waterfront Group in 2020 to cultivate the region’s local winemaking, Villa Nove Farm & Vineyard is an experience set apart. Located in the hills of Appalachian High Country, Villa Nove’s ten varieties of sweet Blue Ridge grapes are used in the delicious wines served at our nearby sister property Watauga Lake Winery. We serve French hybrids imported from California against vineyard-laced hills leading up to our breathtaking Tuscan-inspired pavilion.
